Total Voting Rights
IG Design Group plc provides the following notification in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
As at 31 October 2018, the Company's issued share capital comprises 78,272,754 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, none of which are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 78,272,754 ordinary shares.
The figure of 78,272,754 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
