The Board of Image Scan, specialists in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray imaging for the Security and Industrial Inspection markets, has today been notified that as a result of a sale of 717,021 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company on 10 November 2011 at a price of 3p per share, funds managed by Calculus Capital Limited, registered in the name of Calculus Nominees Limited, now own 5,569,812 shares, representing 7.3% of the issued share capital of Image Scan Holdings plc.
