The Board of Image Scan, specialists in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray imaging for the Security and Industrial Inspection markets, has today been notified that as a result of a sale of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company on 26 October 2011 and a further 500,000 on 28 October 2011, funds managed by Calculus Capital Limited, registered in the name of Calculus Nominees Limited, now own 6,286,833 shares, representing 8.2% of the issued share capital of Image Scan Holdings plc.
