KP Renewables PLC10 April 2007 KP Renewables Plc (the "Company") Passing of Resolutions at EGM At today's Extraordinary General Meeting, all of the resolutions were dulypassed. The delayed interim results for the period to June 30 2006 are to be publishedon Wednesday 11 April 2007. As a result of this publication, the Company willresume trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Application has been made for the admission of 2,329,483 new ordinary sharesresulting from the capital reorganization. In addition, application has been made for admission of 57,500,000 new ordinaryshares placed at a price of 1p to raise gross funds of £575,000. The Company's issued capital consists of 59,829,483 ordinary shares of 1p each('Ordinary Shares'), all with voting rights. The above figure (59,829,483 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
