Offer for Subscription for 'H' Shares
A copy of a Prospectus (comprising a Share Securities Note, Share Registration Document and Summary) regarding an offer for subscription ("the Offer") of up to, in aggregate, 15,000,000 'H' ordinary shares of 1p each ("'H' Shares") comprising up to 7,500,000 'H' Shares in the share capital of each of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc and Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc at a variable offer price per 'H' Share, together with an over-allotment facility of up to, in aggregate, a further 10,000,000 'H' Shares comprising up to 5,000,000 'H' Shares in the share capital of each of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc and Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc, has been submitted to, and approved by, the UK Listing Authority.
The Offer will open on 14 December 2012 and is expected to close no later than 3pm on 5 April 2013, unless previously extended.
Copies of the Prospectus and a Circular to shareholders of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 1 plc and Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (in connection with the Offer and a proposed change to the investment policy of each of the companies) will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing online at the following web-site address:
