RichardKellett-Clarke purchased these shares in his own name and his wife's name. He isnow interested in 3,266,667 ordinary shares in IDOX, of which 1,466,667 are heldthrough a SIPP, and indirectly holds a total of 1,200,000 shares through certainmembers of his family and a family trust. Following this purchase RichardKellett-Clarke is interested in a total of 3,266,667 ordinary shares in IDOXrepresenting 1.0% of the current issued share capital. The issued share capital of the Company is 343,158,336 ordinary shares of 1pence per share.
