Idox plc (AIM: IDOX) (the 'Company') a leading supplier of specialist information management solutions and services, announces that Laurence Vaughan has notified the company of his wish to step down as Chairman in order to pursue other interests. He will accordingly be leaving the Board with immediate effect.
A search has already commenced for a successor and the Board hopes to be able to announce the appointment of a new Chair shortly.
The Board would like to thank Laurence for his contribution to the Company since he joined as Chairman in August 2015 and wishes him well for the future.
