Further to the announcement on 11 July 2017, the Board of CORETX Holdings plc (AIM: COR), provides an update following the hearing at the UK Intellectual Property Enterprise Court on 31 July 2017. CORETX informed the Court of its intention to seek permission from the Court of Appeal to appeal against the judgement made on 11 July 2017. The decision of the Court of Appeal is not expected for several weeks.

 The Board does not expect this to have an impact on this or future years' expectations.

 A further update will be made once the Court of Appeal has made its ruling.
