Results of AGM
Iconic Labs plc (AIM: ICON), a multi-divisional new media and technology business, advises that it held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 31st December 2020.
All resolutions were duly passed on a poll vote, with the exception of resolutions 8 and 9.
