NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was advised on 22 May 2008 that on that date, Mr J Tigue, a Director of the Company, bought 199 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 458.0p per share, representing 0.0003% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Following this purchase, Mr Tigue has a total interest of 11,639 shares in the Company representing 0.016% of the Company's issued share capital.
