The Company was advised on 4 April 2011 that on 4 April 2011, Mr Pomfret, a Director of the Company, bought 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 367.0p per share, representing 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Pomfret had a total interest of 10,000 shares in the Company representing 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital.
