Grant of Share Options under the Ibstock plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP")
Notification of Transactions by Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that it was notified of the grant of options over Ibstock plc ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") on18 April 2016 to Directors and the PDMR in accordance with the rules of the Ibstock plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("Options").

The normal vesting date of the Options will be 18 April 2019, being the third anniversary of the award date. The exercise period of each Option will run from the date on which each Option vests to the day before the tenth anniversary of the award date.
These nil-cost options are subject to the rules of the LTIP and will vest depending on performance against Total Shareholder Return ("TSR") and Adjusted Earnings per Share ("EPS") targets, as measured over a three year performance period.
This notification has been issued pursuant to the Company's notification obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
