Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons

To comply with DTR 3.1.4.R, the Company advises that following the Rights Issue which completed on 12 September 2013:

Jeremy Hague (Finance Director) acquired all his available rights being 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at the issue price of 2 pence per share. Following this transaction Jeremy Hague now has an interest in 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.04% of the total shares in issue. The shares are held through Barclayshare Nominees Limited. 

Steven Underwood (Non-executive Director) acquired all his available rights being 31,369 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at the issue price of 2 pence per share. Following this transaction Steven Underwood now has an interest in 62,738 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.01% of the total shares in issue. The shares are held through Sippdeal Trustees Limited.

Jonson Cox (Executive Chairman) acquired all his available rights being 496,945 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at the issue price of 2 pence per share. On 12 September 2013 Jonson Cox acquired an additional 350,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 5 pence per share. Following these transactions Jonson Cox has an interest in 1,343,890 shares of 1p each which represents 0.22 % of the total shares in issue. The shares are held through HSBC Global Nominees.
