Scrip Dividend Reference Price

Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, the world's largest insurance market, announces that the scrip dividend reference price for the fully paid ordinary shares to be issued to shareholders electing to receive the scrip dividend alternative for the total dividend of 7.0p per share and the special dividend of 3.0p per share for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be 214.1p per share.

The scrip reference price is calculated as the average of the Company's closing middle market share price for the five consecutive dealing days commencing on the ex-dividend date of 4 June 2026.

The timetable for the proposed scrip dividend, which remains subject to approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 June 2026, is as follows:
