Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The following notification made under Article 19(1) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("UK MAR") relates to the purchase of Company shares on behalf of a PDMR, and a conditional award to another PDMR to receive shares, in both cases to satisfy the deferred portion of the annual bonus in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2025. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of UK MAR.
This announcement should be read in conjunction with the Company's remuneration policy as set out in the 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Directors' Remuneration Report as set out in the 2024 Annual Report and Financial Statements (available on the 'Annual Report' page of the 'Investors' section of the Company's website: https://www.heliostowers.com/investors/annual-report/).
