Helios Towers plc ("the Company") announces that Alison Baker, a Director of the Company, sold and following settlement, repurchased Ordinary Shares through a Bed and ISA arrangement, in order to affect the transfer of Ordinary Shares to their ISA account. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
