Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 18 August 2011 that following the sale on 25 July 2011 of 5,110 Ordinary shares, in his capacity as Trustee, Richard Hunting's interest in the Hunting Family Trusts has reduced to 1,132,744 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.77% of the share capital.

Mr Hunting's beneficial holding remains at 743,306 Ordinary shares representing 0.51% of the share capital.

Following this transaction, Mr Hunting has voting rights over 1,876,050 Ordinary shares representing 1.3% of the share capital in the Company.
