In accordance with the Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R, under the rules of the Hunting PLC 2001 Executive Share Option Plan, Peter Rose exercised 8,190 share options at 194.0p per share on 17 December 2010. In satisfaction of the option exercise, Hunting PLC has issued 8,190 Ordinary shares to Peter Rose which he has retained.
His beneficial holding increases to 33,940 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.03% of the Company's share capital.
