Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company has been notified today of the following transactions in the ordinary shares of 6.5p ("Shares") in the Company:

· On 27 July 2015, Mr. Paul Lawrence, a PDMR, exercised 50,000 options under the Company's Performance Share Plan and sold the resulting Shares on the same day at a price of 910.243p each.

· On 27 July 2015, Mr Steve Langan, a PDMR, transferred 97,097 Shares to a connected person, his wife, Mrs Clare Langan, for nil consideration.

The transactions took place in Switzerland.

Following these transactions Mr Lawrence and Mr Langan remain interested in 29,066 Shares and 120,268 Shares respectively.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R (1)(a).
