Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that, Colin Keogh, an Independent Non-Executive Director, has elected to use 50% of his board fees to purchase Shares in the Company.
On 8 January, 2021, pursuant to the pre-determined election, the Company arranged for the purchase of 1,404 Shares respectively on behalf of Mr Keogh. The Shares were purchased at the same price of £9.8346 per Share
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
The notification set out below is made in accordance with the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
