Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company was notified on 1 March 2019 that Mr Paul Lawrence a PDMR, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 9,371 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each ("Shares"). Mr Lawrence sold these Shares on the same day at a price of £16.00.
The above transactions were executed in GBP.
