Directorate changes and declarations under Listing Rule 9.6.13R
Hamilton, Bermuda - It was announced yesterday that the Board had decided to recommend to shareholders the appointment of Anne MacDonald and Lynn Carter as additional non-executive directors of the Company. Separate resolutions for their appointment will be put to the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, scheduled to be held on 20 May 2015.
Anne MacDonald is presently a Director of Rentrak Corporation, a publicly quoted company listed on NASDAQ.
It is confirmed that there is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 (2) to (6) in respect of either Anne MacDonald or Lynn Carter.
It was also announced yesterday that Richard Gillingwater, Senior Independent Director (SID) will be leaving the Board at the conclusion of this year's AGM. At that point Daniel Healy will assume the role of SID on an interim basis, pending the appointment of a permanent successor.
