Announcement of purchase of D Shares by the Company, 7 April 2014

Purchase of D Shares

Hamilton, Bermuda (7 April 2014) - Further to the purchase by UBS Limited, acting as principal (and not as agent, nominee or trustee), from Shareholders of 93,647,894 D Shares pursuant to the Purchase Offer (as announced earlier today by the Company), such D Shares have today subsequently been purchased by the Company from UBS Limited pursuant to the Option Agreement and have been cancelled.

The price paid by the Company to UBS Limited for this purchase was 50 pence per D Share.

Further details of the Return of Capital are contained in the Circular. Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as set out in the Circular.
