Hargreaves Services plc (AIM:HSP), a diversified Group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that, on 21 December 2021, Chris Jones, Non-Executive Director and PDMR, purchased 7,459 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 406 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, on 21 December 2021, Ann Jones, wife of Chris Jones, purchased 9,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 409p per share.
Following these purchases, Mr Jones' total shareholding is 79,369 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.25% of the total issued share capital.
