Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 27 October 2023, Stephen Barker, Managing Director and PDMR, sold 4,833 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 414.0 pence each. Mr Barker immediately purchased 4,820 Ordinary Shares into an ISA at 415.0 pence each.
