Hargreaves Services PLC19 January 2007 19 January 2007 Hargreaves Services plc ("Hargreaves") Proposed issue of new ordinary shares Hargreaves announces the allotment (conditional only on admission) of 225,095new ordinary shares to the vendors of Hargreaves Bulk Liquid Transport Limited("HBLT"), as consideration for those shares in HBLT not already owned by theHargreaves group. Application has been made for such new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM. On admission, the new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects withthe existing ordinary shares in issue. Admission of such shares to trading onAIM is expected to take place on 22 January 2007. Following this admission,Hargreaves' total issued share capital will comprise 23,900,532 ordinary shares.
