Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 12 May 2022 Roger McDowell, Non-Executive Chair, sold 17,800 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 562 pence each. The shares were immediately repurchased by him into a SIPP at 562 pence each.
Following this transaction, Roger McDowell's aggregate beneficial holding is unchanged at 462,557 Ordinary Shares representing 1.4%.
