Board Responsibilities

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the industrial and property sectors, notifies all interested parties that the Chair, Roger McDowell, is extending his temporary sabbatical. On 5 June 2023, it was announced that Roger was taking a temporary sabbatical for personal reasons and that he was expected to resume his duties as Chair in September 2023. It is now expected that Roger will resume his duties as Chair in October 2023. During the intervening period, Roger will remain a Director.

Nigel Halkes FCA, Senior Independent Director, will continue in the position of Chair in Roger's absence.
