Blocklisting Application

The Company announces that, following a sub-committee meeting of the Board held on 13 April 2012, application has been made to AIM for a block listing of 167,715 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares to be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the approved 2012 Sharesave 7 Scheme.
