Blocklisting Application

The Company announces that, following a board meeting held on 2 February 2012, application has been made to AIM for a block listing of 544,688 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares to be allotted pursuant to the exercise of existing options granted under the following approved Hargreaves Services plc 2006 Performance Share Plan and 2005 Savings-Related Share Option Scheme ('Sharesave') :
