Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the requirements of Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, Hochschild Mining PLC (the "Company") advises that its issued share capital consists of 513,875,563 Ordinary Shares of 25p ("Shares") with each Share carrying one right to vote. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.
The above figure (513,875,563) may be used by shareholders and others as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's share capital under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
