Aclara Demerger Completion and Director & Senior Management Changes

Hochschild Mining PLC ("Hochschild" or the "Company") announces the completion today of the demerger of Aclara Resources Inc. ("Aclara") following the listing of Aclara's shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange. As a result, the Company confirms that Sanjay Sarma has stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company to join the Aclara board and that Ramon Barua has stepped down as Hochschild's CFO to join Aclara as CEO.

Furthermore, as previously announced, Eduardo Noriega has been appointed as Hochschild's CFO. Eduardo joined the Company in March 2007 and served most recently as Head of Group Finance. Further information can be found in the announcement of 19th October 2021.

As also previously disclosed, the Company confirms that Eduardo Hochschild and Ignacio Bustamante have been appointed to the board of Aclara as Chairman and Non-Executive Director respectively.
