Additional Listing

Hochschild Mining PLC (the "Company") has made applications to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 3,321,643 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Listed Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Listed Shares, which have been issued following the vesting of awards granted under the Restricted Share Plan, will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.Admission is expected to take place on 9 January 2020.
