As notified in the Company's Admission Document and pursuant to the agreement entered into between the Company and ISIS EP LLP ("ISIS"), TLA is pleased to announce that ISIS has appointed Andy Pearson to the Board of the Company.
Andy brings substantial experience to the Company. As a senior partner at KPMG for 16 years he formed and led KPMG's Transaction Services business in the Midlands between 1999 and 2005 and led work on well over 100 M&A or financing transactions. Andy is currently a partner at WayPointChange, a specialist turnaround firm and holds a number of NED positions.
