Further to the announcement released on 24 December 2020, the Company has now become aware that Mark Bourgeois, a PDMR, acquired 7,995 shares pursuant to the Company's Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative at 2 pence or ZAR 4.03832 per share announced on 11 November 2020 (the "Enhanced Scrip Dividend Alternative"), rather than 8,338 shares as stated in the 24 December announcement. All other details in the original announcement remain the same.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing form can be found below.
