HALMA p.l.c. VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Halma p.l.c. ('Halma') confirms that the total number of ordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue at 31 October 2009 is unchanged at 376,315,088 Halma holds 807,844 shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Halma is 375,507,244. The above figure of 375,507,244 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Halma under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. |
