The Company was informed on 14 August 2017 that the following transactions had taken place:
1. Share Incentive Plan
On 14 August 2017, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 6,737 ordinary shares to directors and employees at the closing mid-market price on 11 August 2017 of 340.25p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan. Shares awarded to the directors were as follows:
