Helical Bar plc ("Helical Bar" "the Company")

Notification of Interests of Directorsand Connected Persons

The Company was informed today that the following transactions had taken place:

1. 2014 Performance Share Plan Award

On 8 June 2015, under the terms of the Helical Bar plc Performance Share Plan 2014 approved at the Annual General Meeting of 25 July 2014, the following share awards were made to the directors of the Company at the closing mid-market price on 5 June 2015 of 420.00p:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards which have been structured as nil-cost options.

2. Helical Bar Annual Bonus Scheme 2012

On 8 June 2015 share awards over ordinary shares in Helical Bar plc (the "Company") were made to certain directors under the Helical Bar Annual Bonus Scheme 2012, as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the deferred share awards which have been structured as nil-cost options.

3. Share Incentive Plan

On 9 June 2015, under the rules of the Helical Bar plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, using contributions to the Plan by directors and employees matched in a 2:1 ratio by the Company, awarded 36,825 ordinary shares to directors and employees at the closing mid-market price on8 June 2015 of 413.50p.
