Interim ordinary dividend and special dividend for year ending 30 June 2010
The Directors of Hargreaves Lansdown are pleased to announce that the Company will pay an interim ordinary dividend as follows:
Ex-Dividend Date * 10 March 2010
Record Date ** 12 March 2010
Pay Date 26 March 2010
Dividend per share 8.0p
There will also be a special dividend as follows:
Ex-Dividend Date * 10 March 2010
Record Date ** 12 March 2010
Pay Date 26 March 2010
Dividend per share 1.6p
* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend.
** Shareholders must be on the Hargreaves Lansdown plc share register on this date to receive the dividend.
