Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 25th February 2010, the Company received notification that on 22nd February 2010, Mr Mark Dampier, a PDMR, sold a total of 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 320 pence per share. On the same day, his wife, a Connected Person, sold a total of 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 320 pence per share. On 25th February, Mr Dampier sold a further 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 320 pence per share. His wife also sold a further 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 320 pence per share.
Mr Dampier's resultant share holding (including those of his connected persons) has reduced by 0.02% of issued share capital as a result of this transaction and is currently 1,357,187 ordinary shares representing 0.29% of issued share capital.
Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR and Connected Persons transactions. The transactions took place in Bristol on 22nd February and 25th February 2010.
