The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR shareholding' announcement released on 26/09/2022 at 14:41 under RNS No 6776A
The notification relating to Robert Divall's sale of shares acquired under the Sustained Performance Plan II to cover tax liabilities and cost of exercise stated in section 4d of that table that the aggregate cost of 2,950 shares at £8.60 was £26,013.02. This is incorrect and should have read £25,370 and has been updated to reflect that.
All other details remain unchanged.

The Company announces that Robert Divall a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company has exercised an option under the Sustain Performance Plan II (SPP II) of 6,269 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Robert Divall then immediately disposed of 2,950 Ordinary Shares in order to meet the taxation arising on the exercise. The exercise and disposal took place on Thursday 22 September 2022. Following these transactions, the beneficial holding of Robert Divall (including his connected persons) in the Company has increased.
