Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons

This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 4th June 2010, the Company received notification that on 3rd June 2010, Mr Mark Dampier, a PDMR, sold a total of 3,000 ordinary shares at a price of 364.38 pence per share. On the same day, his wife, a Connected Person, sold a total of 3,000 shares at a price of 364.38 pence per share. On 4th June Mr Dampier sold a further 1,500 ordinary shares at a price of 358.8 pence per share. His wife also sold a further 1,500 ordinary shares at a price of 358.8 pence per share.

Mr Dampier's resultant share holding (including those of his connected persons) has reduced by 0.01% of issued share capital as a result of this transaction and is currently 1,348,187 ordinary shares, representing 0.28% of issued share capital.

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above PDMR and Connected Persons transactions. The transactions took place in Bristol on 3rd June and 4th June 2010.
