Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules
Hill & Smith Holdings PLC ('Hill & Smith' or the 'Company') announces that it has been notified of the following exercise of employee share options by Mark Pegler, Group Finance Director of Hill & Smith, under its 2014 Employee ShareSave Scheme.
Mark Pegler acquired 2,097 ordinary shares on 29 August 2017, through the exercise of his ShareSave options at an option price of 429.00 pence per share following the maturity of the ShareSave grant made in 2014.
As a result of this exercise of ShareSave options Mark Pegler now has a beneficial interest in the following shares of the company.
