Grant of Share Options

Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company announces that it has approved the grant of the following share options under its 2005 Executive Share Option Scheme to J C Humphreys and J P Whitehouse, both of whom are classed as persons discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company.

J C Humphreys - options over 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company

J P Whitehouse - options over 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company

The option price for each ordinary share is 316.25 pence per share and the ten year option term expires on 19 April 2022. Exercise of the options is subject to satisfaction of the performance conditions and cannot take place earlier than 19 April 2015.

As a result of the above grant of share options J C Humphreys now has a total of 39,000 executive share options over the Company's ordinary shares and J P Whitehouse a total of 39,000 executive share options over the Company's ordinary shares.

J C Humphreys has a beneficial interest in 15,000 ordinary shares of the Company and J P Whitehouse a beneficial interest in 6,903 ordinary shares of the Company.
