LONDON, 18 March 2019: Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC (LSE: HIK) (NasdaqDubai: HIK) ("Hikma") (LEI: 549300BNS685UXH4JI75) announces that the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") have received shares as a result of the vesting of their conditional share awards on 17 March 2016 under the 2014 Executive Incentive Plan ("EIP") which was completed on 18 March 2019. These awards were automatically exercised by operation of the conditional award and vesting process. The exercise price under the EIP is £nil.
