Final Dividend for 2010
LONDON, 13 May 2011 - Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC ("the Company") advises that at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders, held on 12 May 2011, the final dividend of 7.5 cents per share was approved by shareholders. The dividend will be paid on 26 May 2011 to shareholders on the register on 15 April 2011.
Shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Pounds Sterling will receive approximately 4.6 pence per Ordinary Share (exchange rate US$1.6278 to GBPΒ£1).
