Notice of Results & Quarterly Dividend

 

HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (the 'Company') intends to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2014 on Wednesday 19 November 2014. An analyst presentation will be held at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the results at the offices of the Company's corporate broker, Canaccord Genuity at 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR.

 

In addition, it is the Directors' current intention that the second quarterly interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2015 will be announced on Friday 14 November 2014. As usual there is expected to be a scrip dividend alternative further details of which, including a scrip dividend mandate form, can be found in the Scrip Dividend Circular 2014-15 available from the Company's website at http://hicl.com/assets/downloads/Scrip_Circular_2014_15.pdf.
