HgCapital Trust Plc(the "Company")
On 16 March 2012 HgCapital Trust plc announced the release of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011. At the same time it was confirmed that a dividend of 10.0p per share had been proposed by the Directors for payment to the holders of ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company.
The Company would like to confirm that, subject to approval of the dividend by shareholders at the annual general meeting on 10 May 2012, the record date for the dividend payment is 10 April 2012 and the dividend will be paid to shareholders on 15 May 2012 net of a 10% tax credit (as per standard UK dividends).
