Confirmation of dividend payment date and record date
Further to the preliminary announcement of results, the Company confirms that the final dividend of 14.0 pence per Ordinary 25p Share for the year ended 31 December 2006 will be paid on 1 May 2007, subject to shareholder approval, to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 23 March 2007. The Ex dividend date is 21 March 2007.
