Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

On 5 December 2013 Robert Watson, the Chief Executive of the Company, sold 300,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at 430p per share. His resultant beneficial interest is 3,016,380 shares representing 4.18% of the total voting rights of the Company. Additionally on 5 December 2013 he entered into a personal loan agreement whereby 750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each were pledged as security. There is no change in Mr Watson's overall shareholding with regard this arrangement so his total interest in the Company remains that as stated above.
